Stretford Foodbank and Asda are collecting food to help local people facing hunger.
For two weeks from Saturday 12th May to Friday 25th May, Asda Trafford Park Supercentre will be holding a food drive to collect vital supplies for Stretford Foodbank. The foodbank serves people living north of the River Mersey
The food drive is part of the new three-year Asda ‘Fight Hunger Create Change’ programme, working in partnership with foodbank charity The Trussell Trust and food redistribution charity FareShare to tackle hunger across the country.
